Terms of Service

Use WinBizGrowth to grow your business in good faith. Don’t use it to spam or break the law. We provide the service as-is and aim to keep it fast, secure, and helpful.

WinBizGrowth is a product of WinCampaign. When these terms say “we” or “WinBizGrowth”, that’s us. “You” means the person or business using the service.

• You’re responsible for the activity on your account, so keep your password safe.
• You must be 18 or older to create an account.
• Provide accurate sign-up details. If something changes, please update your profile.

Please don’t use WinBizGrowth to:

• Send unsolicited or deceptive emails / messages.
• Upload content that infringes someone else’s rights or violates the law.
• Attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
• Harass, defame, or mislead the people you contact through the platform.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

You keep ownership of everything you put into WinBizGrowth — your leads, your assessments, your messages. You give us a limited right to store and process that content so we can run the service for you.

• Paid plans (when applicable) are billed in advance.
• You can cancel any time — your access continues until the end of the current period.
• Charges processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or Stripe are subject to their respective refund policies. For billing questions, email support@wincampaign.io.

We work hard to keep WinBizGrowth available 24/7, but we can’t promise zero downtime. Scheduled maintenance and rare outages may happen — we’ll communicate them when we can.

WinBizGrowth is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee any specific business results. To the maximum extent allowed by law, WinCampaign is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

We add and improve features all the time. If we ever need to remove or substantially change a feature, we’ll give you notice in the app.

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

You can stop using WinBizGrowth and delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

These terms are governed by the laws of the province / state where WinCampaign is registered. Any dispute will be handled in the local courts of that jurisdiction.
