We respect your privacy. We collect only what we need to run your WinBizGrowth account, never sell your data, and let you delete everything any time.
Who we are
WinBizGrowth is a product of WinCampaign. When this policy says “we” or “WinBizGrowth”, that’s us. You can reach us at support@wincampaign.io.
What we collect
- Your name, email, business details, and anything you choose to add to your Digital Business Card or profile.
- Leads, assessments, reviews, and other business data you create inside WinBizGrowth.
- Basic technical info — device type, browser, IP address — used to keep the service secure and reliable.
- Email delivery events (opened, clicked, bounced) so we can tell you when your messages reach your contacts.
How we use it
- To give you the WinBizGrowth product — dashboards, follow-ups, lead capture, branded email sends.
- To keep your account secure (password resets, suspicious-activity checks).
- To improve the product. We look at trends, not your private content.
- To contact you about important account or product updates.
What we never do
- We never sell your data.
- We never share your leads or messages with other WinBizGrowth users.
- We never use your business data to train AI models for anyone else.
Third-party services we use
We use a small set of trusted vendors to deliver the product. They only see the minimum data needed to do their job:
- MongoDB Atlas — hosts your data securely.
- Resend — sends your transactional and campaign emails.
- OpenAI / Gemini / Anthropic — power the AI features when you explicitly use them.
- Apple App Store / Google Play — distribute the app when you install it from a store.
Your choices
- Access — view or export your data from inside the app.
- Update — edit your profile, leads, or branding any time.
- Delete — ask us to delete your account by emailing support@wincampaign.io and we’ll erase it within 30 days.
- Opt-out — unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link at the bottom of every message.
Children
WinBizGrowth is for business owners over the age of 18. We don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes we’ll let you know inside the app or by email before they take effect.
